How does every one get paid?
Piece work?
Flat rate?
Hourly?
Commission?
Me personally I'm hourly+ commission..
Just curious....

I'm salary and get paid on the either the last day of the month or the first day of the month, not really sure (it's direct deposit). ___________________________________ Kevin Pierson |

i have done a lot of the above in the 12v industry.
Commission
commission draw
hourly
salary.
However that shop pays. Commission draw is my favorite. ___________________________________ If your cousin is such a good installer, and he will install anything for a 6 pack; why are you talking to me? |

I do it as a hobby so I get direct cash payment for all starters I do. And I set my price as well which is really nice to make sure I get what I should for it.
I'm much happier doing this stuff as a hobby and not a career. It bring the joy back to it and I can take as long as I want and not have to worry about finishing 8 starters in 8 hours... lol. ___________________________________ Kenny
