There will be no info on this vehicle from the US or Europe, just get out your test light/DMM and start testing.
As for the locks, since you've given no info on either the alarm or the lock kit, how can we help you.

Look on the vehicle wiring section on this site, Mazda B van 98 is listed, probably the nearest thing.
Also 98 was a changeover year, so is yours a pre-98 or a 98 on, look it up in Wiki, it shows the different vehicles for recognition.
