If you have file extensions hidden or if no file extension is listed after you select the image you wish to upload, your image will not show. To change this in Windows, go to the folder containing your images, then click on "Tools", then "Folder Options". Under the "View" tab, uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types", then click "OK". Alternatively you can add the correct file extension to the file name in the form after you have selected the image file if it is not already showing before you upload the image.
