Bass Mekanick (however it's spelled) - good for checking your systems capacities.

Dynamix Twins - quite a number of albums, low frequency rhythms.

As funny as it sounds, the first album of Enya.  There are some bass notes that are really low, not skull crushing, just low frequency.

LFO - Low Frequency Output.

any jungle or drum n bass will make your eyeballs rattle on a nice system.  Try ak1200, dieselboy or dj dara.  As for reggae, anything by the wailers generally has good solid bass lines, especially some of the remastered stuff, try the remastered version of exodus (best marley album, imho).  For rock, tool, rage against the machine, ane jane's addiction all thump.  Modest mouse has some of the deepest bass i've ever heard in modern rock, i think due to some of their post-production techniques.  The new Korn album has been thumping in my car fo about 2 weeks now, still not sick of it.  As for hip hop, dirt of your shoulder by jay-z is the jam.  Also check out let's go by trick daddy, lil jon and twista, santana's town part II by juelz, and sunshine by ghostface and trife da god.  Hope that helps!
