I was wondering if anyone could get me a wiring diagram for the 2002 Jeep Liberty. The bulldog security site is not accurate.

Leave your unit's ignition 2 wire unconnected.  (Be sure to tape it up, or attach a butt connector to its end, so it doesn't short out to anything.)

The black/white second accessory wire powers the radio; it's not necessary to hook it up for remote start.

Parking lights:  There are several relays in the area above the underdash fuse box; feel the relays while turning the parking lights on and off.  Once you find the right relay, remove it and test the slots where the relay goes.......one of those slots is straight negative trigger to activate the parking light relay.............you can neatly attach your unit's negative parking light wire to that particular leg of the factory relay and then reinsert it; no need to play around with resistors.  (Whatever you do, don't hook up to the car's positive black/yellow parking light wire---the BCM will likely get damaged.)

if you dont hook up black/orange wire you wont have hvac control and since you have the wire you might as well use the features.
