hi people, what program you guy's use to compress mp3 file to Atrac3 compression for a memory stick? thanks.

I use Easy CD-DA Extractor. Inexpensive, does a SPECTACULAR job, lifetime updates when you buy a license...
Rips CD to 14 different formats, (supporting AAC, AACPlus, McIntosh, Monkey, FLAC, mp3, iPod, MUSE, Ogg-Vorbis, and WindowsMedia) ANY of the common bitrates; converts (including up- or down- sampling) from any of the supported formats or bitrates to any OTHER of the supported formats or bitrates!
I have tried MANY different ripper/convertors, and I like this one the best, so far. Fast and stable, I have never had any issues with it.
