I finally received my autopage remote start alarm. I will be attempting to install this alarm in my 2006 4Door  Toyota Tundra. I have a few quick questions before trying to tackle this project.

Do I have to remove the factory keyless entry first?

Should I mount the brain on the driver or passenger side?

Sould I skin and solder the wires to the main harness?

Will I need any relays or diodes for the door locks/lights/remote start?

Thanks for all of the help

Do I have to remove the factory keyless entry first?   Nope

Should I mount the brain on the driver or passenger side?   Drivers side. Most all the wires are on the drivers side.

Sould I skin and solder the wires to the main harness? Absolutely

Will I need any relays or diodes for the door locks/lights/remote start? If it is a double cab you will need relays and diodes for door locks. The factory remote will not unlock the doors when remote started so you have to hook up keyless or you will have to use the key to get in when remote started. Get the wires in the door.

Thanks for all of the help
