Glass Mat or strips
Resin
Hardener (you might buy extra just to be sure)
MDF (for shaping geometric shapes
any tools you need for cutting curves into said mdf
hot glue gun or screws to attach mdf
cloth (stockings or fleece or cloth that stretches in all directions)
staples to hold cloth to mdf frame (or glue it in place)
some sort of material to deaden where you bolt the speaker box to the door to get rid of the rattle
clips to attach the box (GM door panel clips - they call em christmas trees around here - work wonders)
paper and pencil to draw the idea up a dozen times so you don't waste materials.
uhm
bondo to smooth it out, sand paper for that
paint. unless you're covering it in some sort of finishing cloth (suede, velvet, airplane carpet, whatever you desire)
yeah. heh. i'm sure there's more. thats a great place to spend all your money to start with. you could ProBABLY do without some of it... but then again, takes a little extra to make the project really stand out as quality instead of jerry-rigged.
