Hello

i have a 2002 hyundai elantra. My low beam fuse keeps blowing. I have a pair of fog lights spliced into them but i dont see why this would cause this. Nothing is being grounded out and everything is connected and sealed properly.... anyone out there have answers?

The fuse rating for the low beam is rated for the normal current draw of just the low beams. You are exceeding that because you are also powering two fog lights off the came circuit. You need to install a relay that is triggered by the low beam wire. Run a fused line to a battery source at the fuse/power distribution box for the relay's main power to feed the foglights. Terminal #86 of the relay to the low beam wire; Terminal #85 to ground; Terminal #30 to fused battery source; Terminal #87 to foglights for power.
