when the volume is turned up over 30 the rca outputs turn off for the front and rear the sub stays on butt it only happens when there is a cd playing when its is on radio it is fine and i have tried other discs and still does the same.

Your amp may be going into protection mode.  When it happens, check the amp and see if it's still getting power.  It may just be turning itself off, which could lead to a wiring problem to the amp (most likely a ground issue).

if you have three amps your probably gonna need a relay for the remote wires, to check this use a multimeter at the remote terminal to verify there is still 12 volts when the amps shut down. Also check for any lose copper strands at both the radio and amps speaker terminals.

i did check all that before i put the post up it was all ok on the settings of the stereo it had sla level i turned this down and now it is ok thanks for the help guys will let you know how it goes.
