-Make sure the car is in park (try it in neutral too).
-Is there an aftermarket alarm installed? If so, be sure to test the yellow starter wire somewhere downstream of the starter kill relay.
-Turn on the headlights and try to start the car. If the lights dim out more than a little bit, your batter isn't really fully charged, or it's a bad battery, or it has a poor connection.
-Turn the key to start, then release it but leave the ignition on. If the "security" light is flashing, there may be some trouble with the Passlock anti-theft system.

i tried every thing i know
it dose not seem to be the pass-lock since the security
light in dash does not flash and goes off after few seconds.i even unpluged the plug from the key barell then the security light stayed on pulged it back it went off
it is not the battery i charged it again and it cranks if i go direct to the starter solinoid and that rules out the starter i have no warrenty on the car so i dont want to take it to dealer for now
is there a module or a body computer that controls the starter
i also checked the starter relay it does not get the negative feed (triger)to send power to starter solinoid
and since i have no wiring schematics of the electrical system conserning the starter i can not test the nuetral switch to see if that is is my problem source
again thank you for your interest to help me.

Did you jump the truck a the pos. batt terminal or at the jump terminal(red box to drvr side engine)? Why did the battery drain? Was it the doors being open, headlights, radio on, etc. Were you trying to install something, like one of those Hyper-tech modules?

the batery got drained by just not using the car for a while notting aftermarket was or is installed on it.
my mistake was i jumed it from under the back seat where is a bat terminaland a fuse box cause i could not get a good connection on the battery too tight of a spot
