I think the com is the switch, by the looks of the diagram, but not sure what nc and no represent. I'm trying to hook this unit to a 93 C/K1500 chevy pick-up, can anyone help? I have relays and harnesses on the way.It looks like this

nc----orange

com--white (with a switch)

no---yellow

nc---ORANGE / black

com--WHITE/ black (with a switch)

nc---yellow/black

 Thanks for any help

Daryl

If you can elaborate on what you're installing it'd be helpful - is this a stand alone central locking system, power locks with a switch, power locks controlled by an alarm or keyless entry unit, or are you just trying to control the trucks factory power locks with your alarm/keyless/remote start?

I'm sorry, keyless entry, I think I could figure it out, but I'd like to verify I'm doing it right.

no= normally open

nc= normally closed

door locks on this vehicle are reverse polarity, use a DRL module like DEI's 451M and away you go

Why do you have 3 N/C and only one N/O ?? That doesn't make any sense to me at all ? What kind of system is this as this is the wiring information for an internally driven alternating polarity relay set  up.

I must not have got enough sleep, should read 2)nc    2)com    2)no   Do I need this DEI 451M  module or can I make it work with a couple of relays?

If the unit has these already in there, you do not need relays or the 451M . The internal relay bank you have in this KE module will do all the types of systems. You just have to know how to hook them up. I need to know if you have the 2 door or 4 door model ?

I have a 2 door. But I'm not sure how to hook-up which wire to hook were. I did find the wires on the truck tho. I never check when I had it apart if the wires are gounded in the neutral position. Also the wires are about 18-20 guage, I was thinking I need relays to get enough voltage to trip the actuators.

Power Lock LT BLUE
Power Unlock BLACK/ RED
BEHIND AND BELOW DRIVER SPEAKER IN DASH
#203- See Reversal Rest At Ground Door Lock Diagram.
this what i have for that door lock system:
unlock NO 12v
unlock COM motor side of unlock wire
unlock NC switch side of unlock wire
lock NO 12v
lock COM motor side of lock wire
lock NC switch side of lock wire
you will need to cut the lock wire in two. the wires will hook up like above diagram...
what are the colors and the listed polarity for each wire listed on your paper work?
Good Luck
