I was wondering how to take the door panels off, both front and back, of a 1995 Honda Accord.

Depends if you have window cranks or power windows. Besides that, you probably have 2-4 screws to remove and the door handle needs to be release from the linkage. The lower part of the panel just snaps away from the door. When that is done, the top part of panel which hooks over the door needs to be lifted up and off.

Don't forget those screws on the upper portion of the door handle and the side mirror cover needs to be removed as well.

I have power windows. And thanks for the info. one last thing is it the same for the rear doors?

Yes, rear doors have about 3 0r 4 screws ( by the handle, on the side and in the door handle release arm ). It will be held together by white plastic plugs..... pull from the bottom.
