I wasnt sure where to ask this, and didnt seem to fit anywhere else, so Ill try here :)

In the pictures(I forget where i found these) what are the little voltage meters on the battery terminals?

what are these things called? -- posted image.

Voltmeters, or like Digital battery terminals.
