I made a really slick set of speaker pods from an existing interior panel, and need to do a touch of blending around the edges to make them perfect. I like how smooth icing works so am planning on using that.
What is a good way to prep the ABS panel for icing so that it doesn't chip off? I roughed the area up with some 100 grit - is that sufficient?
Once done I'll repaint the panel with some SEM paint (its black so an easier match).
