A friend of mine has a kenwood cd player. When you insert the cd...it wont inject it in. If you shove the cd in....it still wont read the cd. The radio still works tho. Whats the problem?

Thanks

Ok, just kidding.  Have you tried the reset button?  What model is it?  If it does not have a reset button, pull the plug, wait a bit and retry.  Good luck.

I just sold one that did that on ebay. I took it apart to see what the problem is and it seemed as though the injection motor processes was getting jammed and it couldn't drop the rollers that grab the cd. Your friend may be better of buying an eternal cd changer or music keg, because the going rate to fix it usually costs more than the head unit.
My wife will never understand why, lucky for her!

Nope, I havent tried the reset button if it has one. And I dont know what model it is. But I can find out. Ill might give it a go and see if its jammed up.....since im pretty good at fixing things.

Thanks for the help.
