JBL BP1200.1 Problem

OK well about 1 1/2 years a ago i bought a JBL to run 3 kicker Solo-barics but i ended up aelling the vehicle and taking the system out to sit in my basment till now. I just hooked it up in the last few days because i got a new vehicle that it fits in. and everything went fine and it played great for about 4-5 days then quit. so i just went through it and found the 3X40 amp fuses blown so i replaced them and powered up the amp and immediatly they blew. so i though ok its shorted so i metered both the Bat and Rem terms and the were both 12+ redid my ground and put new fuses in but same thing the red light comes on for about 2-4 seconds then they blow which means excessive voltage on the bat term but ive metered it and its good and the 80 amp fuse at the bat is still good which to me means it hasnt shorted out ive shcked everything even lowered the input voltage thinking that may have been a problem but i dont know. any help?

disconnected the speakers terminal and the still blew. im at a loss is there any other posilbilities?

If you disconnect the rca's and speaker terminals and the fuses blow as soon as you replace them then I am gonna say that they amp has went the way of the egg...........................fried.double-secret reverse-osmosis speaker-cone-induced high-level interference distortion, Its a killer

BTW how exactly did you wire up those subs to that amp, what load were you runningdouble-secret reverse-osmosis speaker-cone-induced high-level interference distortion, Its a killer
