I have a 2003 grand am 3.4 6cyl with a viper 791 XV alarm/remote start. The problem I have is when i try to remote start it first thing in morning it does not start but tries a few times, but after it fails to start the first time it unlocks my doors and the can be opened with no trigger from alarm.I had it installed at an authorized dealer.Seems like after the car has been started with the key one time it will remote start after that.
