Argggg, I've got my DEI Valet 712t all hooked up, but when I hit the alarm lock or unlock, it blows the 15A fuse coming in for the onboard lock/unlock relay. I know it is a 5-wire system, I've quadruple-checked my wiring, making sure I'm on the switch side vs. motor side. I checked this with my volt meter, with the black lead to ground in the car and the red lead clipped to the cut wire and then hit lock on the door and look for voltage.
The lock and unlock works fine via the buttons in the car.
Here's a similar post, but no resolution
My next idea is to switch my 30 and 87a wires and see what happens. Can't be any worse.

Let me ask this a different way, I am using the pink/green and pink / YELLOW wires high up in the driver's kick panel.  Are those the right pink/green and pink / YELLOW wires?  Is there another set down lower?

If your door locks still work from the switch, then reverse the wires on terminals 87a and 30 of each relay. You have them wired backwards.
