Just installed a Galaxy 2000 rs on my 04 Sorento. My parking lights will flash when locking and unlocking the doors with the remote if the headlight switch is in the off position. If the switch is in the on position and the vehicle is turned off it will not flash the parking lights. I changed the module to use the ground wire for the parking lights because I wasn't sure where to find the + wire. If I change it over to use the + wire will the lights work when the light switch is in the on position? Thanks

Not sure if it would stop but doesn't hurt to try. At the dimmer switch go to the RED / black wire which would be the positive one.
Confidence is the key to any project!!

I never did understand why people with those cars leave the headlights on all the time.
But, the positive wire at the dimmer switch on the dashboard should work even if the light switch is left on.

Thanks. I am going to try the other wire and see how it works out.
