Okay I need help lol
I installed my viper 350 responder and everything works great I installed new universal actuators in my doors and tested them they also work fine when tested on a 12v batt. I got a 451m to connect to the viper. I have it wired as follows.
purple to power 12v
blue and green wires to door lock actuator
3 pin Green/blue/red plugged into the side of the viper module
and white and brown wires to ground.
there is no signal at the blue and green wires at all.
If I put the red wire from the 3 pin on the 451m straight to 12v I can hear a relay click.
Im beyond why this is not working besides something internal to the viper module?
Please help TIA!!!

meter the red wire in the 3 pin harness to the responder 350. (the brain might not be supplying 12v from the middle pin)

I did check power coming out of the red wire there's nothing. But if I cut the red wire and put it straight to power the remote still does not actuate the door locks.

Your wiring looks correct. You should be following the Type D diagram from the 451M install guide shown below.
Viper 350 responder and 451m -- posted image.
Did the door lock solenoids come as a kit with a controller and harnesses or just the individual solenoids with hardware?
If it was the later and you are directly connecting the 451M Green/Black and Blue/Black to the solenoid wires, here is a test
you could do to see if the 451M is wired and working correctly. Cut the 3 wire Red, Green, Blue harness in the middle. Connect
the Red to +12V. Briefly touch the Green wire to Chassis Ground. The lock should lock. Next touch the Blue wire to Chassis
Ground. The lock should unlock. If that works, there is something wrong with the Vipers lock outputs.
Soldering is fun!
