Compustar on Trailblazer

I purchased a Compustar 2W900FM-AS on Ebay.  Unfortunately, there were no authorized dealers even close to my area (Orlando).  So rather than try to undertake this project on my own, I called around to a few local shops and Best Buy had the best price.  I've heard mixed reviews about the large chains so I decided to take a chance... Big mistake, the guy had my car for 3 entire days when he initially said the install should take 6 hours.  When I did finally get the car back the alarm system works, but not perfectly.  For what I paid, less than perfect is just not acceptable.  My hardware:  2002 Chevy LTZ, Compustar 2W900FM-AS, I picked up a DEI 555L, 455G, and 2 DEI 530T's.  I want the ability to roll the windows up when armed and roll them down/vent from the remote. He got the alarm operational and the remote start. The best buy guy was unable to figure out how to get the windows to roll up on arm as he said my alarm is unlike any he's ever seen (which is only DEI i guess).  He was able to get them to go down with AUX I, and intially up on AUX 2, but that stopped working all together. So I (not him) after getting my car back the first time called Compustar tech support to get some info.  They said that the violet wire needed to be diode isolated.   I called BB and told the installer, he said "no problem" i  know exactly what to do.  I took the car back to him, and 2 hours later, he still couldn't figure it out. 

Compustar tech support won't really talk to me since I'm not a dealer and since there are no dealers locally, I'm stuck and asking for anyone out there for assitance. I called again and they did say i could just connect the ground when armed output, but why wouldnt the installer just do that if it was so easy??  Sorry for the long post, but this has been a big mess.. So, for those of you familiar with my equipment, can you please tell me how i would go about getting the system to roll the windows up on arm?  I never done an alarm, have done lots of amps and h/u's, so I'm pretty handy with wires, but need direction.  I plan on getting into the kick panel and hopefully getting it to work from what he's already done.  Does anyone know which wires specifically need to be connected from the compustar to the window modules to get this to work?  Thank you so much.

I never installed a Compustar system before but from reading your post it sound to me that he haven't connect the Windows module to the "Grounded when armed" wire if compustar have that wire and I bet it have that wire .. 

Also you'll need to diode isolate the windows module to the "grounded when armed" wire because I am sure they have installed a starter disable relay switch on it too which also need to be diode isolated as well too ..

If the windows module is rolling up and down the windows then pretty much that the module is installed correctly and you'll just need to connect it to the grounded when arm if you want it to roll up when it armed .. I have mine connected to a relay switch  and a switch hidden in a fuse box to a grounded when arm and another contact point to the aux channel on the remote so I can have it roll up when armed or roll up using aux channel or disable the "roll up when armed" using the switch in the fuse box during cool season if I wanted to leave window down but still arm the truck .. Some module have a built in  feature where you aux channel roll down and then within 5 second arm your system that it will ignore the roll up command but I rather use a disable switch than fumbling around on the remote to enable "do not roll up when arm" every time I arm my truck ..
