I am trying to install a car alarm and my car calls for a actuator in the door. My door locks operate off of the driver side door. So if i lock the driver side door then the passenger follows and if i unlock it then the same. When i lock the door the car alarm goes on only when i lock the driver side door and off when i unlock it but recently i accidently touched a few wires together and now the the alarm wont turn on when i lock the driver side door but instead it now turns on when i lock the passenger side door. Also the passenger side door won't lock or unlock when i lock and unlock the driver side door. I checked all of the fuses and none of them are blown. PLEASE HELP!!!

playboy00786,
As bobk has suggected, get it install professionally and cut your losts. I don't want to discourage you from trying, but I don't think you have ask the right questions to show us that you have to skill to correctly install the alarm unit. Pay and get it done right. Afterward, open up the car and see how it was done. Maybe you will be ready for the next alarm install on your new car.

What alarm model? car? are these aftermarket actuators.

(1) Kenwood Excelon Head Unit KDC-X589 (24 bit Burr Brown DAC, 3 X 4 volt RCA).
