 Hi,

Well, I got your info on the wiring diagram for this vehicle, but here's the deal...I'm installing a remote start that works with the existing oem keyless entry remote. the brand of remote start is Omega RS-4LX.... if you press the lock button on the remote once, the doors lock......if you press it twice, the horn chirps to let you know that the doors are locked...... Now,  how can I wire the remote start as to use a 2 pulse start, BUT not chirp the horn ?? Also, it's VERY important not to lose the panic feature on the oem remote..... And obviously I still need to be able to use the horn regularly..........

All help is greatly appreciated. thanx in advance.

I am not sure if this will help because i am not familiar with the features that your factory keyless has, but your manual should tell you. Look in the manual and see if there are programmable options for your keyless. Sometimes you can just program it not to honk on the second press of the lock button. Then again maybe not, sorry if this is a waste of your time.
