can someone tell me for the right and left side kick panels what wires are the turn and park light wires so i can wire my aftermarket mirrors in

Look for blue and blue/red, middle plug (out of either 2 or 4) on the GEM, behind glovebox on R/H side.
Or test at the light switch.

If you connect to the parking light circuit they will be on constantly, even when indicating when your lights are on, you will probably have to also join to the wires I mentioned above then relay that side off when the indicators are on.
This diagram will give you the best of both worlds, 2 x Bosch/Tycho "cube" relays, standard automotive, available at any Radio Shack or auto parts store.
Note they will be slightly out of synch but hardly noticeable.

the aftermarket mirrors have a builtin park lights that go off when the turns come on

So you need feeds from both parking lights and turn signals.
Well read the above posts or look at the diagram, colours and location.
