i just purchased a 1996 s10 and i have a stereo in it right now but i just threw it in there i got all the regular wires hooked up right and i got the giagram and i know how to hook everything up right now but my problem i got a new stereo and i am putting a system in it tomorrow and i need to know what color is the remote wire cuz that is kinda important and the people that owned it befor me thought it was easier to hook it up direct and now i cant figure out what the remote color is so help would be very very helpfull so please and thanx alot

Remote wire for what? The remote wire from the deck, to trigger an amplifier? What kind of deck?

Define "system"   The way your post is written, it's very hard to read and understand.

Tell us what you want to do....exactly.
