i am trying to get some lenses smoked how can i do that ?

Window tint materials come in several different colors.  Bronze, Mirror, and Smoked.  Smoked is just called smoked because of the color of the film.  It is as if the film was placed above a coal/wood fire and the film was darkened by the smoke from the fire.   I do not think that smoking is the practice of darkening clear lenses.   But of course, I am way out of the loop on some of the hip new customization techniques.

well black out tail lights ? or something like that how do u get that look?

I would be careful of doing this though because of the laws. A lot of cops might give you trouble becuase your brake lights will be dimmer. Not sure the legalities of it.
