Thanks tonanzith I tried to resign up but it asks if I'm a distributor or expediter and its asking for a password. I'm neither I work independent. I tried making a password just brings me right back to the sign up screen

The sign up screen should say info saved etc at the top. They will email your activation within a couple days.

Glad you mentioned this. I just signed up for the Audiovox tech services site last week. I was in there a few times and then all of a sudden the site quit working. I haven't been able to get it to load for the past few days. I'll have to try signing up for the new site.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

On the similar thread Mr. Idiot and I both think older = better.
I was told yesterday that Directechs is getting a reboot shortly.
