Where is the easiest place to find a 12V constant power source that could be used for hooking up neon in the car? The vehicle is a 1996 Explorer Eddie Bauer.

Tap into the fuse panel or the ignition harness.

You could steal power from underneath the center console from the cig. lighter/power port also. there may even be an unused power port plug that is not connected to an outlet that you could use, I have found one there before also but can't remember what year Explorer it was.
