I own a 94 Accord LX. On the left side of the steering wheel is a module that contains the cruise control button and a place for what i would assume to be the sunroof control for the EX. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get parts so that I can make the blank space into a factory-style button for my fog lights.

Ask a local wrecker . There are lots of places that would end up giving this to you if that's all you want from the car.

I agree, a wrecker would be the place that I would start. You will be surprised how much that stuff costs at the dealer. I bought a fog light switch for a Jeep Cherokee to the tune of about $28!
