I have a standard 97 accent.  and it fails to start at times?  why?  Battery good.  Installed new starter. spark plugs.   What can be the problem and ideas please.

You should provide all the info you can about this. Year, make, model, engine, mileage. When it fails to start I assume it cranks fine? Does it sometimes start just fine? Any certain pattern to when it doesnt start? Such as when the engine is warm etc. All the info you can provide helps. You also may wanna post this on a car repair forum like this one.

Check the battery terminals. Make sure that they are making a good connection and both are free of any gunk. Take them off and clean them good with some cleaner and protectant and make sure that they are tight.
