i would like to know how to  mount a all in one dvd player in a 2001 suburban with a factory power sun roof

well depends on what you mean, a all in one fold down type, a all in one motorized in dash a fold out of dash, a all in one in seat...if you mean in the celing then your going to have to go in the head liner behind the moon roof....you have to remove all the things connected to the head liner   handles mirror's visors lights ect ect and drop the head liner and secure to the celing      dont go throgh the roof like i saw one guy do    made me laugh really really hard
