I'm making a FG box for a 95 Corolla. I got the wife a new Jetta and I thought the grocery getter would be a cool little sleeper to trick out. They wont see it coming, lol. Well on to the question. I'm putting two Stage 2 12s and a Stage 2 10 in a box and I want it to have great flowing curves once painted. Seems to be the reason most go for FG. Well the problem is that the trunk is so small to get the proper size enclosure I/D the box is going to have VERY hard angles instead of flowing curves. I'm wondering what would be the best way to get the sweeping curves I'm looking for.

My idea is to build the box and glass it as is then make a cap or face plate that will go over the box that I can shape however I want. Is this the right way to go about this OR should I just build up the glass on the box till I can achieve the look I'm going for. Just seems that it will make it pretty damn heavy with all that glass. If y'all can give me some help on this I'd really appreciate it.

I'm not getting any reply though many views. What I mean by the face plate is best described here Face plate/ Cap. Thanks again in advance.
