Hi, i bought an 84 F 150 a few months back and I finally have the money to fix it up. The interior was completely shot when i got it. Not a big deal since I planned on redoing it anyway.

This is going to be my first fiberglassing experience, but I've been researching and looking into it for a while now. So any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

I bought some nasty doorpanels from a junkyard and i plan on making new ones from scratch. I was hoping to create some kind of mold for the backside so i can easily match up the mounting holes. I'm having trouble figuring out what i can use to create the mold though. I have tried some "sprayable rubber" as well as multiple small blocks of the green flower foam. Neither gave me the results i was hoping for. Hopefully one of you guys can point me in the right direction. Thanks.
