what is the thickness of the plexiglass used in a bandpass box. i wanna do a project sometime and try make a band pass box. thanks

1/4"-1/2" would work good. anything less would crack. just dont tighted the screws too tight when you install the plexiglass. you dont wanna crack it!

I made a bandpass box for my sub and I used 1/4" it works fine if you want to see a pic then i will take one for you.

The plexie glass was not that expensive for me it cost me about $6 canadian for about 1 square foot and that was all I needed.

My digital cameras batteries are dead so Im going to get some tonight and I'll post a pic later tonight or if not tommorow.

id go with 1/4 or 3/8.  i did this a while ago when i first started building boxes, but only used 1/8.  bad idea.  first i cracked it by over-tightening a couple screws.  then the bass made it flex and made it worse.  within three days it looked like sh*t and i had to yank it out and build a new one.
