Are you sayin four subs two boxes both ported? Why can't you divide the boxes up into four? And I'm not extremely familiar w/ probes but they don't have very much room in them do they (and you're putting four 12 subs in a ported box?) ? You must have some kinda box planed out . Would that sound good (four subs two ported boxes) ? Can you even do that?
yea tahst the main question can i put 2 subs in the same box and port it and sound good

Don't know bout that man... why can't you divide each chamber? plus as I'm sure you've read or heard a chamber w/ two subs can be dangerous for the system. If a sub goes then the other is left to compensate for it. And a ported/vented enclosure has to be close to exact anyways.
You can design a ported box for two drivers per enclosure.
WinISD will do that for you and it's free software. The real trick is designing a ported enclosure without knowing the exact volume.
