whell, , ,can you even fit it under the seat? with about 2" to spare between the sub and the bottom of the seat?

Don't think so, ,but, , its possible maybe if you raised the whole back seat up 2 inches maybe?

if it fits in there and theres room to build a top and a bottom around it then shure its possible.

Yeah you can fit a 10" under the rear seat of a silverado.  I was about to but then I sold it before I dropped one in.  There are even a few prefab boxes that fit (that's how I found out,  test fitted one under my back seat).  Doing something like a full fg box is going to take time and a chunk of money.  But to answer the general question yes it has been done before.

I think the prefab boxes do not have enough air space in them and i dont think a jl audio w7 would fit in the prefab boxes

The 10"?  I'm not sure but I was just using that as an example to say that there is stuff that can fit under there.  And you could also build the box under the back passenger/driver's seat and then over the transmission hump to add volume (if needed).  You can normally go to an install shop that does custom boxes and they will know what you're talkin about and be able to give you a good visual idea if they have one there.
