I want to learn how to make fiberglass dashboards and bezels so I can building monitors into the dash all of these DVD's claim to teach you that and more, like heating and A/C relocation. has anyone bought one of these and is it really worth it?

None of the DVDs available will teach you what you're looking for. They might show you how to plastic weld a monitor housing into an open panel but that's really about it. And really you can see that done here. No relocation of major components or creation of fiberglass dashes.
