I have a nokia ck-7w that is supposed to be for a mustang / F150. Is there any way way to get a harness that will hook it up to my 04 dodge ram?

Are you wanting a harness that will let it mute the radio and run through the sound system?

I havent seen one for Dodge as of yet. If I find one, I will post it up here. You can still install your car kit and do the radio mute (by using a relay).

The relay. I have put in car kit my other truck. I would live to be able to mute the radio or shut it off while the call comes in

Its actually really easy. First of all you have to locate the ignition wire on the back of the radio. This wire will loose voltage when the ignition is turned off. Then you have to cut the wire at least 2 inches from the the back of the radio. Get a standard automotive relay.

87A goes to the radio side of the wire you cut.

30 goes to the car side of the wire you cut (this will be the 12 volt side.)

85 goes to the mute wire on the ck7 car kit. (which is yellow)

86 goes to 12 volts

87 is not used.

I havent seen a dodge yet that has a mute wire......the magnums/300c's have an open slot on the back of the radio that you can tap into.....but the trucks dont.
