I am looking for a quality hands free kit that also boosts cell signal, or 2 seperate kits. Just want hands on input on quality and if they really work. If possible something universal. Thank for any info.

This post is getting a little old, but cellboost.com is a business build just around what you need. Cyberguys.com also has a unit listed in their catalog.

Just a high gain external antenna will really boost your signal in low signal areas.
Let me explain that amping up the RF signal on a cell phone can cause dropped calls. The cell site (tower) is not expecting a signal from your phone over about .5 watts. Throwing in 1,2,3 watts through an amp could cause dropped call problems. You may stay on a cell site longer as you drive. This cell site has what is called a neighbor list. If you have so much power that you drive outside of the boundaries of the neighbor list, then the cell site will not be able to hand your call off to the next cell site.
