I just upgraded all my turn signal, side marker, and brake light bulbs to led bulbs and I'm getting hyperblinking, would there any problems if I leave it as Is?

By hyperblinking you mean superfast?
If so, your car probably isn't roadworthy - it's flashing to fast.
And fit-prone people may sue you (or the state sues you for personslaugher).
Furthermore, changing bulbs to LEDs may also be illegal unless that vehicle complies to regulations with those LEDs fitted.

Lol. Your car is tryin to tell you that your turn signal bulb is burnt out.
You need to get a load resister to tell your car that that it is fine

I did some research and would changing the flasher relay fix it?

Yes.
Flasher cans are usually designed for a particular load.
In part this is for fault signaling - ie, to alert the driver that only one main bulb is working (but flashing fast as in your case).
Whilst some electronic cans can be modified (usually by changing the correct resistor), there are cans for LED lamps.
Some that use LEDs to replace bulbs to save greenhouse gases add resistors to put back those greenhouse gasses and provide a hotspot to ignite the vehicle and produce even more gases (ie, a ~40W resister per side - may as well keep the original bulbs but hide them and put LEDs in their place!)
