I have a 99 camaro SS I am wanting to switch all interior lights over to blue LED's nto a very bright person or know which way to look for help or anything. If you could please email me maybe where to purchase these or even a how to it would be very helpful. Please let me know any information you have so I can start this install. Thanks in advance

Do you mean dome lights etc, or instrumentation?
The simplest is to buy LED versions of the existing lamps - ie 12V festoon or bayonets, though I don't know where you would get them - we have Jaycar etc - maybe try eBay.

yeah oldspark is right.
Just look on eBay. You'll find lots of LED globes made for pretty much any place in your car. And they're plug and play (if you have it connected correctly as LED's are polarised, so the connector needs to be inserted the correct way, if it doesn't work the first time, unplug, and plug it in the other way).
