So essentially what i want to do is have a single sound controller, and three separate LED light circuits that could be put on music flash or constant on INDEPENDENTLY. as in some lights would stay on while another set would flash to music.

If i were to use an on-off-on switch and wire the music interface to one of the on's for all three switches, and a 12v constant to the other side of the switches, would this achieve my goal?

Circuits:
  • LEDGLOW 15" Interior Light Kit

  • 20 red 5mm LEDS in speakers and on amp rack

  • 30 red 5mm LEDS in a/c vents and cupholders, etc.
