I have a pair of 12v 35w spotlights.how is the best way to wire them,I will use a aftermarket switch instead of the vehicles existing switch.I know how to wire it from the realy and so on.what makes me confuse is,it does not show if both spots are 35w or each of them 35w.how does it normally work.is both 35w or only one which makes 70w.

The other thing is,should I wire them in parallel with a 19 gauge wire or should I use a more thicker wire to the relay.if each was 35w,how should I have wired it.

-------------
Do it once,do it right - This means no short cuts. You never get paid twice for having to do the job twice because it wasn't done right the first time.

Probably each is 35W.

You can use one heavy wire to the relay and split from its output.

For 3x35W I'd be using a 10A fuse or breaker & probably 16G for all runs including GND.
