Anyone know the wire color to the left and right blinker on a 2008, also is that wire always hot I'm trying to wire my halos to them to have them blink with the turn signal but also stay on after the turn is complete, sorta like the new led lights on the newer cars how the lights are on but it'll turn amber and blinks,something like that

I see the vehicle is a 2008, but what is the make/model? Without that information, no one can help.
