Installing LED Brake Lights, what affect has this on Cruise Control?

What is the solution?

Why would installing led brake lights have any effect on your cruise control? There are not that I know of.

There is none whatsoever. I have done this on my explorer and it is fine.

Some GM vehicles use the third brake light filaments as a bias resistor for the cancel +12 brake input.
