I went and tested the system to be a bit more accurate. It is a McColluch 8000K kit apparently the 2004 Dodge Ram as many postings have mentioned is looking for the proper resistance to function properly. I need to figure out how to produce the proper resistence so the system will not produce intermittent pulses.

Your HID's don't want "the proper resistance" This is the problem. Your switch is giving a signal THRU resistance.

How did you install (wire up) your HID's?

The kit comes with a relay that connects to the battery, but the trigger plugs in to the factory harness and only use one of the factory plugs

Does anyone happen to know the resistance value for a 9007 bulb?

The flickering is not bc of the neglected resistance value or lack thereof, it is either the connection itself and/or bad ballast.

New kit or old kit?

Kit are no good, it blind the hell of out the incoming traffic.

Does your relay turn click on and off?

Why not just use another trigger and hard wire it to the ballast ?

Well your problem it's resistance ..

I pluged my HID 50 WAtts on my aveo ... well the original  Low-beam (55-100 watts ) was not enought good for the hid ... but the High beam ( 100 watts ) was ok (harness light )

well my solution was using the relays direct from the battery ( using 30 .. ) and connect the coil on the harness ... and the 87 on the Light who needed power ... well no needed cap .. or nothing else !!
