What did you do the first time? You bumped your alternator, right? If that's what you had to do before, that's what you have to do again, as apparently you didn't go big enough. If you can't find a larger, or add a second, alternator, then you are as big as you can get.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

I did the big 3 first then the battery then the alt. My engine compartment isn't big enough to fit two alts. I have a 240 amp alt and I was told that's the biggest I can fit what do you think

Thats probably the biggest you can fit thats a direct bolt on.  You can get them custom made by different custom alternators shops.

https://www.highoutputalternator.com/ - good alternators...expensive and HORRIBLE with email responses / their forum is completely useless.

I bought mine from Dominik Iraggi - 300 amp alternator for my civic.  Cheaper and not a direct bolt on.  But I have the power I need now.

Yeah mine is a direct bolt on and I got my alternator from https://www.highoutputalternator.com/ . You are right email response is bad and they are expensive. Guess ill double check my connections and wait to see if I can kill that 240amp alt. Then go for custom one that will fit but not a direct bolt on. My engine bay is kinda a close fit . I have a transverse enigne so space is limited.:(
