I can not figure out why you would not go to your local shop and shell out the 15 bucks for the plug. if its that easy I'll try it. I hav'nt been able to find 1 looking at bestbuy, circuit city, and walmart. I'll call my local dealership in the morning and see if thay have it. If you know where to find it "local shop" please send me a link. Thanks alot for your info.

harness is only like $21 after tax, I'd say save the time and get the plug. If you wanna hardwire it, have fun :P
12v= lt.GREEN/ purple
ACC= pink/black or lt. GREEN/ YELLOW
Ground= black and BLACK/ lt.green
Dimmer= lt.blue/red
Amp turn on= dk.GREEN/ purple
FL speaker= ORANGE / lt.green(+)lt.blue/white(-)
FR speaker= WHITE/ lt.green(+)dk.GREEN/ orange(-)
LR speaker= gray/lt.blue(+)tan / YELLOW(-)
RR speaker= ORANGE / red(+)blown/pink(-)

harness you need is a metra 70-5520 or a 80-5520 from chitty city
