I installed a viper 5900 r/s in  my 2002 lincoln ls and Now  I have a whine in my radio. Didnt have any  prob before I installed the alarm. The headunit is a pioneer avh600dvd 2 kicker amps 1 for highs and mids 1 for subs. alarm just has the brain for the alarm normal sensors for the alarm and a 452d dei module to isolate the normally closed door triggers. everything works great for the alarm but the noise in the radio is deafing!

I didn't catch that part, which amp is the noise coming from?   With the system turned on but no volume, touch each of the amps individually, does either of them produce a hum in the speakers when you touch them?  What are the model numbers of the amps?

One of 2 things caused the problem you are having.  First possibility is that a power wire touched the shield of the RCA cable, either behind the radio or at the amp.  Second possibility is the ground wire was removed from an amplifier with the RCA and power wire still connected to the amp.  Either one could have been prevented if you disconnected the battery cable while installing the alarm.
